Delivery area
We currently deliver to addresses within Lebanon only.
Delivery time
Orders are normally delivered within 3–4 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
Orders placed before 2:00 PM may begin processing on the same business day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM, on weekends, or on public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
Delivery fees

Orders below $50: $4 delivery fee

Orders of $50 or more: Free delivery
The applicable delivery fee will be displayed at checkout before you complete your order.
Order tracking and delivery assistance
Please provide a complete and accurate delivery address and a reachable telephone number when placing your order. If we or the courier need additional information, we may contact you to complete the delivery.
Although we aim to deliver every order within the stated timeframe, occasional delays may occur because of public holidays, weather, courier disruptions, or other circumstances outside our control. If your order is delayed, please contact us and we will assist you.
