Salt, a beautiful Husky, was found on the side of the road, shot and left to die. A kind man rescued her and brought her to HPH Hospital, where Dr. Samatha Fares, with a heart full of compassion, performed the life-saving surgery. Unfortunately, Salt lost her leg, but the expenses were covered by the hospital, Dr. Fares, and Lucy, who was deeply moved by Salt’s story and began donating to her care.
When Lucy finally met Salt, she knew she couldn’t leave without her. Now, despite a job that requires constant travel across Lebanon, Lucy makes it work.
Salt, once a victim of abuse, is now treated like a princess in her new home. But her story doesn’t end there. Salt is an adventurer at heart, loving both hiking and the snow. Lucy takes her on trips to explore nature, showing that, yes, you can take a disabled dog on adventures too! Salt, with her strong and brave spirit, now lives the life of a true explorer, enjoying every bit of the love and care she deserves.
